Teaching artist in dance

I am a graduate of MA Drama and Theatre Studies, University College Cork, National University Ireland, and MA English and German Studies, University of Rostock, Germany, with further training in theatre and dance education.

Since 2015, I perform, facilitate and devise dance as Starling Dance Theatre / Dance Theatre Project Cork. and since 2019 as co-founder of Collective Cork, a yoga and dance space, within the Triskel Arts Centre.

My focus lies on Modern Expressive dance, Contemporary dance and Improvisation, Creative dance, Contact Improvisation, Laban-based Community dance, and Inclusive Dance.

Fostering creativity and connection through dance is key in my work facilitating children and adults in the community.

I also work in publishing and as a language teacher for children aside of my artistic practice.
